Stunningly good. Incredible attention to detail, love the era and continual chill, and cold black and white portrayal of the Italian Winter, cleverly understated with subtle sounds that added perfectly to the constant underlying chill of this subtly gruesome story. Andrew Scott's emotionless portrayal was mesmerising. I tried to watch it gradually in order to relish it but quite frankly wanted to gobble it up such was it's pulll. The Detective was superbly played as were the knowing Hotel Receptionists.

So boring, over long utterly ridiculous. Was it an Ozzie requirement to be obese to get a role in this?

Lightweight. A toe curlingly awful script trying to sound intellectual but failing miserably. Wooden acting and such a predictable story and that was just the first 20 minutes.... I couldnt hold out any longer.
