This movie is good for the acting and the story it's playing out, especially when you get to the last 20 minutes of the film.
It's definately worth watching for the fact it does a few things different from most film you see, and the premise is enjoyable.
It has some mini-arcs with the charecters and it kind of roller coasters around when you go to different locations throughout the film. The movie starts off very strong with an atmosphere and tone that has a lot of gloom with it.
Which is the only part if the film is like that, the rest of the film is a lot more upbeat than the start, it makes you think, "am I watching the same film?" Only to be relieved that Tom Hanks is still on screen.
There isn't a lot of consistency with the tone of the film, which comes down to personal taste honestly.
It definately creates a small sense of adventure that is short lived throughout the film, Such as Flying from one city to another, both have conpletely different atmospheres and setting. which is nice, but you stick around these places for a bit too long where it feels like the movie isn't really going anywhere.
It's hard to rate this movie because of how different it is, just note that the movie does change as it plays out.
