Yes, I do get the point, but there's a lot of overacting and making caricatures of racial stereotypes.
The director is probably better suited to a large trowel or a sledgehammer.
Great actors and a fast pace can't save this over egged mess.

This not the worst action movie ever, but it's trying to be.Sylvester Stallone actually plays an interesting character which saves it from the mediocrity and poor continuity.
This isn't worth a trip to the movies.
