Firstly I am really new to this genre and I would say I have quite liked the story the way it has been told. Neha, an 18 year old girl, maintains a journal about her everyday life, her perspectives and especially her thoughts and conversations with God. Yes, for real she carries this strong belief that she connects to the divine in some way and in one way or other her belief grows even stronger.
Belief is a word which alone can captivate the whole world only if one can keep up the trust no matter what happens and only if there are plenty of chances worth doing so. In this read if one thing has impacted me the most it would be Neha’s belief. It grows the urge to believe again in something you want to hold on for the rest of your life. The spirituality explained here through Neha’s thought felt quite serene. Though I don’t connect to her feelings about God, I love the way she has made it. I have personally loved the fact how Neha perceives about various kind of people in our society and how clearly she is against all the unacceptable instincts of human. The characters are not told about much; guess these are kept for the next two books. Narration breaks its rhythm sometimes and there are some misprints hindering my focus. The ending produces craving for the upcoming books which is why it’s apt as a first book of the trilogy. I can’t wait to watch the love blossom brighter. Good luck to the author with this series and for more books which he will be writing in future hopefully.
