Marshmallow Pandasaurus

(Some Spoilers Ahead) The horror and core idea of the show is a good one, however, the early episodes are highly and aggressively political which almost made me turn it off -I watch shows to try and escape the real world which includes its politics regardless if they agree with my own personal views or not. The plot does become rather stale and predictable quickly for someone who watches/reads a lot of fantasy as a lot of the stereotypical cliques are used such as the blind seer, a necromantic resurrection gone wrong leaving (for lack of a better word) zombie e.c.t. I am not disappointed I watched it, but I would say it could have been a lot better and I personally don't foresee myself having an urge to rewatch or recommending it to anyone. I also do not think it will ever be renewed for a second season. If there is a season two I would properly only watch it to see more of the characters: Aunt Hilda and Ambrose as I enjoyed their character development and personality.
