What a wonderful series. Prior to watching this I had read a scathing tabloid review, but I’m so glad that I ignored it. Right from the very first episode I was hooked, I sat and watched every episode in one sitting, now that, is rare. It has a great cast and wonderful performances that deliver the emotional content covering life, love and death, with such feeling, it was joyous from beginning to end. Hoping for a second series, meanwhile I will watch the whole thing again.

Found this series entirely by happy accident. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole series, fantastic photography, great soundtrack/ music and of course great performances, particularly from the main characters, Nicholas Ofczarek, Julia Jentsch and Frank Superb
