Academy award deserving performance from Joaquin Phoenix as disturbed wannabe comedian Arthur wanting just to be noticed whilst descending into a deadly psychopathy. Brilliant and mesmerising performance from Phoenix in an old story retold with so many layers to unpack! Must see!
