In my vast research in pursuing my PhD in ornithology, never have I found a more comprehensive text than Bird Law. My studies are specifically in flightless birds, which in fact do NOT legally abide by bird law. There is a fascinating subsection devoted to the flightless bird and the ins and outs of their participation in bird democracy. I highly recommend it to any scholar looking to further enrich their understanding of the multidimensional world of bird law.
