Talking at the dentist's with a friendly technician, I told her I was going to see the movie Gosnell (and told her what it was about). As I left, she said, "Enjoy the movie." I responded, "I don't really expect to ENJOY the movie, but I think it's important to see." We went with a group -- 45 miles from the larger city, which is not showing it -- and Guess what? It WAS enjoyable. And not only because it was well made and powerfully acted, but because it was a clear portrayal about the truth of what abortion is -- the brutal killing of not-yet-born babies (and in the Gosnell case) babies routinely killed after they had been induced to premature birth. Wisely and tastefully, the movie did not show the gore directly, but it revealed the brutal reality by artful means. This is a good and important movie. Tell family and friends about it.
