Who are the people giving this movie a perfect score? A perfect score would be West Side Story, not this mess.

Loved this movie. Even though the plot was complicated to follow, similar to 'Inception', though slightly more complicated, I was hooked from beginning to end. The visuals are amazing, and the acting is top notch. John David Washington is charming and proves he's an action movie star with acting chops. Robert Pattinson was terrific. This was the first time I've seen him in an action movie like this, and he nailed it. This is a movie you must sit down and watch. You'll be rewarded as the movie progresses(especially the last hour or so). Turn off your phone, and turn up the volume. You're in for a great ride!

I was thrilled to learn that Eddie Murphy, one of my all time favorite comedians, was making a sequel to one of my favorite movies and the best movie he's made, next to "Trading Places". I'm sad to say that "Coming 2 America" was a disappointment. The writing wasn't very good and seemed rushed, many of the jokes weren't funny, and the new characters (Leslie Jones, Tracy Morgan, and Jermaine Fowler) were obnoxiously stereotypical. I was shocked that they chose Akeem's son to lack any innate nobility. He's 30 years old, lives with his mom, and scalps tickets. He should've been a hard worker working a demanding, thankless job and his boss is Darryl, who's still married to the ever flirtatious, Patrice. Anyway, that's my opinion. I'm giving the movie a two because of the gorgeous costumes. All the possibilities this movie could've been.

I was curious to find out what all the "hoopla" was about, so decided to give it "see"! A few days later, I'm half way into season 3, and I just love it! Great acting. Awesome costuming, and the writing is top notch. A must see!

Ugh! The major problem with this V Wars is the writing! It's awful. Many scenes are unrealistic, and just plain stupid. I love this genre, but Netflix took a great idea and trashed it. Too bad.
