At first I thought it was a "The God father" feminist esque movie..but I was glad that as the movie progressed, it slowly changed my view, as I became immersed in it's plot...but as someone who has seen "The God father" and anyone who has, it's obvious if I may so say, that "Kemi Adetiba" had the aforementioned gangster movie classic in mind when crafting this film, hence it's heavy influence...I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the movie was 3 hours long...every scene was worth it's screen time in all honesty...it's titular resonating baritone sound track, achieved the effect the were gunning for as I found myself humming along whenever it came on. Ill Bliss and Remise were just right for their parts. Nollywood shouldn't be scared to make lengthy movies as that too is a Hallmark of strength and confidence that any movie producer has in a given script and plot...so it's 3 HOUR runtime is worth it....I repeat...WORHT IT!!!
Kemi Adetiba, you only have one job now...and that is "out do yourself in your next venture!!!"
