This movie left me feeling horrified that this type of thing actually happens to people. It was a great film and I would recommend watching it, but beware, it is rather graphic. Ultimately, I found myself tearing up throughout many parts of the film. The woman who this story is based upon...... good for her for not backing down. She experienced unspeakable acts of violence against her from people she should have been able to trust and for her to take a stand against all odds and against her friends and family had to be incredibly difficult. Hats off to her. Her story is one which inspires. I am glad that I watched the film.
