Ok first thing to tell is this movie has terrible CGI - Again one of the first to do it so remarkable for its feat. The Story Consist of a Ant who doesn't know his place in life and feels insignificant in the great scheme of things and in the quest of knowledge he accidently put himself into a spotlight that not only makes him the target but also the hero that everyone can relate too. its empowering, emotional, political and somewhat hilarious at some of the stupidity the characters spill during the movie. Now to address the PG rating people who think this movies sick or will put ideas in your kids head is completely wrong im now an adult but remember seeing this as a kid and i can't say i talk about my erotic fantasy after kidnapping a princess (Which i only realised what he said when i rewatched as an adult.) The point is kids are obsessed with visuals and if you think killing termites is bad maybe look at life in general war is a thing, Nature is a thing and not exposing your kid to this which only shows that war leads to some guys satisfaction and immense loss and sadness (a bad thing.) why wouldn't you want your kid not knowing about this stuff your just making your kid stupid for no reason. ok unless its porn or something clearly meant for adults let your kids watch it their just movies. The outcome of all this is it's a very good movie if you want to cry laugh and have a good time.
