If your looking for a book about the Worlds Fair this is the book for you.
However if you want a book about America’s First Serial Killer H.H Holmes, this simply isn’t the book for you.
Despite being advertised as a book about Holmes and the World’s Fair, Devil in the White City is more about the worlds fair than it is Holmes. Wikipedia where is honestly a more reliable source of information for Holmes than this almost 500 page book.
