I was disappointed with this mini series. The first couple of episodes were good but after that the story lines went in too many directions. It seemed that Ryan Murphy was trying to solve all the injustices of the past 100 years of the Hollywood movie industry within the seven episodes. It resulted in very shallow and simplistic characters and resolutions to the plots. I usually like shows that keep me thinking even days after I finish a show. This did not and I just wanted to finish the show hoping it got better. At one point I felt like I was watching an alternate reality where things could just always have a happy ending no matter what.
