Masterpiece. This game is needs to be played by everyone.

Bethesda will not make it beyond a 6/10 game if they dont stop leaning on the modding community to fix their games. If you strip away the hype and be truly honest, it's not a great game. It's a good game. It's fun and you can spend the time exploring but it doesn't do anything new. It doesn't innovate in any category. The game had potential but fell very short of what people are expecting given the technology we now have access to. As with all Bethesda games, it would have been revolutionary 10 years ago. Skyrim was the same, fun but definitely didn't do anything new. Bethesda really needs to put more effort into making polished games because eventually they will he buried under developers and studios who gave a shit.

Ever wondered what it would be like to play a game that is super repetitive but extremely slow? D4 has you covered. Fetch quests, long walks, late-game mount (also slow). They seemingly made the game, then slowed all actions by 40%. This festering pile of extrement is the latest in a long line of out-of-touch blizzard products. Enjoy being gaslit by incels as they tell you how this game harkens back to its D2 roots. Save your money and buy Balders Gate 3.

The slow death of a good series. Not enjoying the game. The guns feel sloppy and heavily inaccurate, and the game pushes you toward stealth but doesn't really offer great stealth weapons early on. The silencers are whack, how does it burn out, stop working then somehow repair itself when it cools down to start working again? The followers are super weird and just feel like a chore to use. There is some BS backpack rocket launcher that recharges with kills and somehow has lock-on capabilities. The story is not compelling and feels like a kid with ADHD and a mountain dew in hand wrote the story. Starting the story off by killing characters that nobody cares about is the most basic fail of any story writing. Sadly this series is on life support and they need to either fix it or pull the plug.
