I can never get enough of this show. My mom was raised in Laurel and I spent every Christmas with my family of 6 driving from Houston to Laurel and would spend the holidays at my Mammaw and Pappaw’s home which was a classic Laurel home with 3 fireplaces and a screened in porch. My mom, who passed away 18 months ago grew up in Laurel and I loved her stories - like having a credit account with the peanut man to get a bag of boiled peanuts every week. I loved the warmth and love I felt every time I was able to spend some time in my grandparents home in Laurel. I have lived almost 30 years now in California - but your show takes me back to that warmth and love of my childhood visits to Laurel. Thank you.
