Laura Rizk

So many well known actors trying to say something very profound about the reality of war but unable to fully get there. The overall plot sometimes get lost in the effort to say something deep through the character's internal musings. I wanted to really enjoy this film but as soon as I would start to it would come slowly to grind. There are powerful moments in the film and I appreciate artistic ventures but it doesn't have to be at the sake of the entertainment value. I do not feel watching this movie is a waste of time but it will not be one that I watch multiple times for enjoyment.
