DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had booked my moving day 2 months in a advance. I called 2 days before my move to confirm. On the day of my move, 06/29/2020 9am. All my sons moving did not show up. When I called to inquire why they had not shown up, I was told, my appointment was moved to a later time that day. In the same call, I was told they could not come at the later time and they told me to call another moving company. With only 30 hours before I had to turn my keys into the apartment and catch a flight to Connecticut. I was mortified by this news. They gave me no explanation as to why my appointment was canceled. After calling the corporate office I was told my moving day was double booked. This caused me lots of stress and anguish. It took 15 calls to other companies leaving me pay 5 times the original amount as the new company charged me $500 in penalties for booking a same day move with a new company. I recommend to never use this company to move. They are unreliable and non empathic to huge inconvenience they cause.
