Old man shouts at cloud. Bitter, sad man out of time who'd be happier sitting on his gold like a dragon

Garbage. Makes very little sense, assumes the audience are idiots, nothing made of the 1980s setting and, considering the marketing, a surprisingly colorless film. The first one was reasonably good, this is awful - Justice League awful.
