I watched this movie today in OTT with some expectations because of the Positive reviews. When I start watching definitely it is a good start and till the first half somewhat engaging. But in the second half I think movie lost the track. They are talking lot of things in the movie like Quantum physics, Parallel universe, black hole, Bermuda triangle etc. But none of them was clear. Instead of taking multiple concepts they should have taken a single concept. In this movie actually I am not very clear what was the problem the couple is facing eventhough everytime they are claiming as trapped. Also the hero has not even took a single step to come out of the issue. Also there is no solution proposed. Lot of scenes were shown like one murder, one misunderstanding between hero and heroine but none of them were properly connected. Also Lot of scenes but doesnt had a value. Overall the background story is good but it was broughton down by poor writing, poor screenplay and very poor climax. Except the theme nothing worth in the movie to appreciate.

I watched this movie in OTT. The expectation is very high due to the reviews. But the movie didn't met my expectation. Definitely a feel good movie and we can watch once. The director try to give a message in the end with two heroines. That's really a good. But the problem in the movie is none of the two heroines role was not written properly. Especially very poor writing on second heroine character. Only the Hero character written well. Bu all the actors acted well in the movie. The screenplay is also ok the movie will not get bored at all. There are some small twists in the movie which is really placed well and worked out Overall a good message director tried to convey but not conveyed in a strong way. The Rating:2.5/5.

I watched this movie in OTT only with lot of expectations. Whether it satisfied everything then it is a question mark. The movie intentionally planned to take in two parts. First part got completed and ended with lead to second part. The story starts with a mystery of Police officer whose wife and child were missing. Then the story shifts to the series of murders taken place and the same police officer is investigating. Whether the police officer cracked the murder mystery and along with that whether he found his missing family forms the rest of the story. Coming to performance it was the show of Jayaram who did complete justice to his role. The total first half of story depends on his performance and he carries very well. Next to. Jayaram it is definitely Mamooty where from the entry scene he steals the show. He did an extended cameo role and he enters only in second half. Once he enters he overtake Jayaram and he carries the rest. Rest of all characters did their part well. The investigating scenes are good and the first half is really gripping. The climax is an unexpected twist which director planned and executed very well. What was not worked for this movie is the interval part which falls very flat. There is stunt sequence which was not captured well. The interval scene is also not gripping. There are scenes that show that Jayaram is suffering from hallucination but it was not clear on the importance of the scenes. There are some scenes in second half seems to be not clear like why Mamooty has sympathy towards Jayaram and the scenes made for that. May be the director give answer in the second part. But overall good one time watch. Rating:3/5.

Attam - Definitely a good emotional thriller movie. The movie starts in a slow pace. When it enters into the core plot it picks up. This is not an investigative thriller movie. Instead it handles the human attitude. There is a drama troupe which has 11 men and a woman. When there is a sexual assault happens to the woman how the people are reacting initially and after another incident how their stands getting changed. These were explained beautifully. The movie took in a very minimum budget. Except the initial slow pace rest of the part is interesting. Overall a good emotional thriller movie with message to Society.

I watched this movie today in Theatre. I never watch Malayalam movie in theatre. But I went to this movie due to the teaser and the positive feedback received. So the expectation also high . As they told entire movie was shot in Black and white. Also there are only three main characters and the attire is only dhothi and towel. So the appearance is not a concern. The movie starts with Promising note especially the water fall shot which is amazing. The movie was shot in a low budget and the sets were really good. The camera work is also nice. The songs are pleasant to the ears. The BGM is ok but cannot call it as extraordinary as per me. We cannot get chilling or spine hurting moments during watching the movie. Coming to performance Mamooty shines well followed by Arvind Ashokan. The artist who performed role of cook also acted well. Definitely screenplay is the strength of this movie. But what falls short is the Story is not very clear and also the way the movie concluded. The characterization of Chathan and the cook should have been better. The horrific moments are there but not very feary as we expect. The entire movie goes in a snail pace may be the requirement but this become bore in some scenes. The director should have sharpen the story with clear characterization and purpose. For eg the power of Chathan is not clear sometimes it was shown as super power and some times ordinary. If the director has worked on those elements then this should have been extraordinary movie. Now it is a movie you can watch one time in theatres. For OTT this is definitely a worth material. We should encourage these experiments, then only Indian cinema will reach to next heights. Rating:3/5.

This is a movie with a Good and different story. There are neat characters portrayed in the movie. The movie gives a promising start and went well till interval. But the biggest disappointment is second half. None of the scenes were interestingly written and none of the dialogues are connected. Eventhough all the artists were performed well because of the poor screenplay the movie falls flat. Also we are not able to understand what the message the director try to convey. The music is pleasant to the ears and songs were good. So a very good interesting story which got down due to week screenplay and dialogues. Lucky Man -Not lucky this time.

I watched this movie yesterday only. The background story is little bit different. The Suspense maintained till end. The negative part is the movie is getting into the actual story in the last half an hour only. I mean only after interval scene only hero is getting into the issue. And it starts moving only in last half an hour. Even though lot of characters were there except Hero and 2-3 characters others were not having much role in the movie including heroine. But the movie was not boring in any instant. That is the biggest plus of this movie. The minute details were missing like how the Policemen killed, why there is no police investigation in the start of the issue etc. This is because the director focussed story only in last half an hour. But overall Good Mystery movie. You can watch once

This is a movie with tight screen play but very week story line. Except Dulquer none of the characters are impressive. Sreenivasan was totally wasted in the movie. The Director may have a intention to change the laws of our country but the scenes whatever shown was not supportive. This is just a revenge movie. There is no suspense, Mystery or thriller. We can guess the story fast. So just you can watch one time for Time pass.

Dear all I watched this movie after a long time yesterday. What a story, screenplay and direction. Amazing !!! Four different stories were running in parallel and 90% of the movie was shot in a single same location. It deals about the necessities of Husband and wife both need to earn to run a family in one angle but in another story it deals with the problem encountered by the couples when both are going for a Job. Both the knots were explained with these four different stories. Coming to Music the songs are Just OK except the last song "Kudumbam Oru Kadambam " which is an wonderful number in terms of both tunes and lyrics. Coming to the characters Pratap and Sumalatha did their part well. Goundamani, even though he came for only two scenes he utilized the Opportunity very well. S.V.Sekar, Definitely this is the most serious role he did in Tamil cinema as an angry but lovable and responsible husband. After seeing this movie I feel that our Tamil film directors missed to utilize his Versatility. Suhaasini- Calm and Lovable wife did Superb Job. This is not a usual Suhaasini who used to fight for the women empowerment or fight against injustice This is one of her different role like "Gopurangal Saivadhillai " Nithya did her part well especially towards the end of the movie. She exhibited all the emotions of a poor girl. Kamala Kamesh as usual a Brahmin woman who is the bread winner of the in family. This is a regular role for her and she did it very easily. But the show stealer of the movie is definitely none other than Mr. Visu. Who will believe that this is his first movie. The way he got introduced , the way he acted in each scenes were extraordinary. He put his Stamp of acting to the audience in the first movie itself. Thanks to director S. P. Muthuraman for this nice movie. Overall this one of the Classics in 1980s.
