Shame on Hudson's Bay . I placed an order on May 5th ,2021 for an item on sale , to give it as Mother's Day gift . I got order number and Est. delivery date May 7th with express mail. It was not delivered . On May 11th they emailed me to contact them for more info, what I did . A few hours later on May 11th they sent an email declaring the order was canceled due to soldout. I already had told the gift receiver on Mother's Day that I had placed the order and there would be a delay. I got so frustrated. It is the worst experience I have ever had with my online orders. Hudson's Bay customer service is a shame in the industry . I do not recommend Hudson's Bay to anabody at all and I will never buy anything from Hudson's Bay.
