excellent depiction of the sad state of affairs of helpless people. Kindness is free but rare to find in the handling of refugees and especially children... Agree there has to be rules, however, i am sure if someone in authority looked hard enough they could find a more humane way of dealing with this issue.... After all the refugees are humans ,!!!!!
