As you can see from the reviews, people either love it or hate it. While I agree the plot was highly fanciful and outright frustrating at times, it was great acting and fascinating to watch. Lots of twists and turns up until literally the last second!

I loved this show! Such a sharp wit. There were many times that I was laughing so hard I was crying. A fantastic ensemble cast with very flawed but lovable characters! I hope there's a third season coming!!!

I absolutely loved this series and I'm looking forward to Season 3! If you want an intelligent, heartwarming and inspiring drama, this is for you. I loved the exploration into ancestral trauma. I loved getting a glimpse of all things Turkish - the lovely, passionate people, the rich culture and beautiful scenery of coastal Turkey! Great acting and storylines. Highly recommend!

Amazing actors, touching, intelligent, captivating, heartwrenching. Great soundtrack too. I finished watching 20 minutes ago and I'm still sobbing as I write this.

Wow, this is a really good show. I normally dislike hospital dramas as they tend to glorify doctors and just focus on the cast affairs, etc. This one goes much deeper and explores the inherent hypocrisies of the modern, 'for profit' medical system in the US, and the dilemmas that hospital staff are confronted with due to this. Many of the characters are very likable (or ones you love to hate), and plot lines are gripping. I'm a fan!

I didn't have HBO when this show came out 10 years ago so just watching it now. LOVE IT! Laura Dern is a marvelously flawed but lovable character. Such great acting from all the talented actors in this show. I wish it had lasted longer than 2 seasons!! Mike White is an amazing writer, I recently watched his show, White Lotus, on HBO, which was also fantastic!

Wow, just finished watching this powerful miiniseries. Really well done with powerful performances by everyone. I hope it wins lots of awards. I remember back in the late 90's when I was in my 30's and started hearing about people snorting Oxi, but I didn't pay much attention to it until a few years later in 2002, when an old friend OD'd from using it with some other drugs. The Sackler family disgusts me. They have wrought so much suffering upon others on their road to becoming billionaires. Sometimes this world just doesn't make sense.

Absolutely loved this series. The best thing about it are the two leads, great acting and great chemistry between the actors! I binge watched the 4 seasons over a few days, apparently there will be one more as there is a 5th book in the series, so I look forward to that!! It's funny because I tried several times to get into reading the first novel, and it just didn't pull me in. Usually I much prefer a book to a dramatization, but in this case it's the opposite!

Wow, just finished watching this series. What a happy surprise, I hadn't heard anything about this show, but with such a great cast I figured it had to be halfway good, even though the description made it seem as if the whole story was about a divorced guy who was dating with the apps. . It was so much more than that, really outstanding performances by everyone. I laughed and cried and could relate to the characters. Highly recommend!
