The first post by RL Jackson, though opinion, is untrue. Carla Hall was celebrated as a chef on two seasons of top chef and many other black chefs rose to prominence through the shows airings. And, if I might add, not just black, but people of other colors. Eric Adjepong, Gregory Gourdet, Melissa King, Nini Nguyen, Sheldon Simeon, and lest we forget Tre Wilcox.
