There was cocaine, there was a bear. This movie delivers exactly what it says it does. It was a lot of fun.

It was a good laugh at a painfully long year. It had echoes of Winner Take All with its take on the ultra rich and philanthropy. Lisa Kudrow is awesome, the whole thing was great, highly recommend.

I wanted to like this so much. Maybe if I wasn't a fan of the books I could have enjoyed it. My dislike started with what they did to Perrin at the start for no apparently good reason. Rosamund Pike is great as Moiraine, and the rest of the cast is alright but everything that was compelling about the books seems to be missing. The character development that made the Wheel of Time a great series is missing from the show, with the changes from the book making the show a generic Hollywood production.

I really wanted to like this movie, the action scenes are decent but the humour is Falls flat.
