The beginning of the documentary looked promising, but then it turns into a political anti-capitalistic propaganda piece. The real purpose here is to attack the meat industry and promote a 100% plant-based diet. They ignore the serious nutritional deficiencies that can result from not eating meat. Most of the "science" presented is cherry-picked anecdotes of the few pro athletes who "think" they perform better on a plant-based diet. The scientific advisors for the documentary do not even have PhDs. Luckily, I do.
