Positives end at how Stitch looks, which is actually pretty good. Othereise this is a prime example of everything that is terrible about live action remakes. The character and plot changes they made were atrocious. This is a worse version to the original in every way, its just a cash grab.

I'm so depressed they fumbled as hard as they did. Love the series and it was just bad casting and bad writing. I don't have issues with the actors specifically, just they were poor choices for the roles. Jack Black was fine, but he's always at least that. Ah well, reminiscent of how video game movies used to go. Incredibly poorly adapted.

Made for the fans and it delivered.

Good movie, big fan of movies that pull off the contained small setting concept with good atmosphere. It leans more into drama than classic horror but I’d recommend giving it a shot.

Animation isn’t bad but the writing is painfully bad. The characters share almost nothing with their counterparts of the past other than similar clothing. It’s less of an adaptation and more of a cringey fan fiction. Don’t waste your time.

Honestly there is probably some bootleg ice age movie that is higher quality that whatever this tried to be. The replacement voice actors are bad, not just because they aren’t the usual all star celebrities, it’s just genuinely bad voice acting. The animation is jarringly cheaper and the writing is mediocre to put it kindly. The best way to enjoy this movie is to pretend it doesn’t exist.

The music is really good, has some touching moments, and is one of the better kids movie Netflix originals.

Much better than I would have guessed. I got really invested in the cast and the new portrayal of the characters.

Really fun Nic Cage movie. I’m a fan of the comedy-horror sub genre. As a FNAF fan, it’s fun to see any similar takes. Growing up, I absolutely couldn’t get enough of film festival horror movies. This has that fun feel, but also Nic Cage just happens to be front and center. I’ll probably buy it, it was a big hit with my friends.
