The supporting cast are great. The lead character Rebel is... just kind of eh. Think Bonnie Plunkett from Mom, but instead of the show framing her as someone who does wrong for right and having people support her in spite of her fumbling and learning how to be a better person, Rebel is disliked by most of her family but the show frames her as in the right in spite of that. Makes Rebel hard to like, she doesnt feel like a character I want to see become better and evolve, she feels like a character that in the end is going to force her way into the right and everyone is going to learn to love her for what she does.
