I really wanted to love this show, having read and loved the books. However, Amazon took an epic fantasy and injected PC culture, sexualization, and a bad script which stripped the story of it's magic. Rand is the main character in the WOT books, however in the series that is not the case which is utterly ridiculous. The whole point of taking a popular book series is to capitalize on it's already captured audience and recreate it on the screen, not rewrite it to suit someone else and anger it's longtime fans. I hope Amazon doesn't similarly butcher LOTR. Wish I had skipped this one.
