I'm a big fan of Minions in general, but The Rise of Gru is kind of disappointing. Instead of creating more new characters & just touching upon only a few of the previously established characters, I wish they focused more on the latter. Also, the absence of Dru was a bummer.

It's unfortunate that we've to watch Ludo on the small screen. The screenplay & direction is absolutely mind-blowing. The acting of the entire cast is par excellent. The music also blends in perfectly with the story-telling. The overall running time could've been a little less though. I'd rate #LudoOnNetflix a 9/10 & highly recommend it.
