I thoroughly enjoyed this series, only found it yesterday 21-Nov-24). I have to say that the lead policewoman was a complete frustrated bitch. She didn’t have a nice word for any colleagues and was a rather nasty character.

Brilliant series, but the ending could have been better!

Excellent. What the hell was the point in not showing the last episode!!! If Noel Clarke is guilty then the full force of the law should be used, no woman should be subjected to the things he’s being accused of, but it’s one episode for God’s sake, what does that have to go with anything. If they don’t want to broadcast it during the evening, put it on catchup/demand whatever, and then leave the public to decide if they want to see the conclusion or not.

Love it! To appreciate it, you have to forget The Darling Buds of May, which I absolutely loved and have watched from beginning to end again twice. Two completely different shows. Give it a chance, it’s funny and the cast are brilliant together.
