If I could give it a 0 I would. It just doesn’t make any sense, not in a fun way. They took beloved characters and morphed them into this irritating, trying to be woke characters. Mindy claims this is Velma’s origin story but how when her origin story involved her having friends and not being rude. She was NEVER rude. Why does she have such a sad and delusional home life that doesn’t align with anything?? Why is Fred dumb and evil when he was super nice and friendly?? She took out scooby which doesn’t make sense because scooby and shaggy met when they were younger?? I’m so upset. The writing is bad, I don’t know how this got green lit and there are far better shows that should have never gotten canceled. This is insane. Just make your own show, stop ruining classics.

This movie is on my list of repeats for romcoms. It's real and relatable and honest. I love to anything with Tyler James Williams and its good to see the chemistry in this movie. Well written without being too heavy and just overall fun to watch.
