The writers also really tried hard to explore the question of whether goodness can possibly be rewarded within a capitalist economic system - the Silicon Valley culture of the obsession for success, the lack of empathy or ethics. Whether it can be or not, they tried to dream up a way. And hats off to that. The narrative is a great moral teacher. I think that's what โฃ๐ ๐น๐ผ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐บ๐ผ๐๐ about this show -- the narrative form. Maybe they had to do research on the show's content, but their screenwriting finesse is what made the show great.
