I found this film really good in showing how real men and women put into positions of serious decision making consequences can rise above things and work to get things done for the common man and women they represent. I being an ex 60's left leaning student did not like the Vietnam war but underneath that Lyndon johnson was probably the second greatest US PRESIDENT after FDR. He worked for and knew the underdog, not like most present day leaders working for themselves and corporations. The final scene -the speech regarding the civil rights bill was fantastic in the memories it brought back making good changes. EVERYONE SHOULD SEE THIS FILM ESPECALLY politicians
