I loved this movie! I hadn't read the book before I watched it, so I went in with no idea what was going to happen. The twists and turns are unexpected and the chemistry between Anna Kendrick and Blake Lively is the best part of the movie. Watching Anna Kendrick's character go from uptight mommy vlogger to badass detective was a lot of fun. While it may not be the most original plot ever, A Simple Favor is a funny, intriguing murder mystery - and that's not easy to pull off.
