Good gameplay mechanics but the missions become repetitive and there's not really any tension to the story. Certain characters who should be a big deal don't matter, and about 3 or 4 moments that could have been great gameplay are relegated to honestly boring cutscenes. Just a lot of wasted potential. Tl;dr it's Far Cry + Saints Row - anything that makes those games fun.
