This was a super book. I came across Andrew through a mutual friend and bought the book. It brought together a number of threads that I'd seen in other books - 5 Love Languages and Immunity to Change, for example, and tied them into a coherent whole.
It's powerful stuff and really helped me to start making positive changes in my life and stop numbing to avoid the pains that I started feeling as I got into my 40's.
