It should be a 1-star review, but I give credit to Colin Farrell and Rachel Weisz they tried their best to earn their money.
The Lobster is that kind of movie praised by those, critics included, who don't understand movies or are not enough competent.
Marketed as an intellectual European movie, it is indeed bullcr*p.
Clean esthetic settings and a couple of Hollywood actors are not enough to compensate for a plot that is completely non-sensical, incoherent, incomplete and amateurish.
Allows idiots to say 'Whaaaat? You didn't get it? That's because you are not enough smart!'
I definitely bit the bait with this one, so my fault. But please save the money, or use it for a better movie.
Oh, it is also incredibly boring. Just sayin'
