Phoenix Reborn

Was a really interesting watch, with twists and turns i did not see coming Really shows what humans would do to get their deepest desires, but also that dark spirits should never be trusted, for all they bring is illusion. Has never super super scary, but it did creep me out a few times, would recomend!

Was a wonderful watch with twists and turns i wasn't expecting, however it really felt like if it was half an hour shorter, they could have gotten their message across in a more refined way. Too many slow motion shots that just made it drag on for no reason. Going into spoilers from now on. Begining with child murder is a strong way to start, specially after that beautiful animation in the beginning.The tantric lady in the woods honestly stole the show. I wish they had kept the demons in more of a veil , they were a bit disappointing when they showed them, not at the beginning when your imagination was the one scaring you. The whole subplot with the brother (who by the way had a creepy relationship ith his sister) could have been dropped and the movie would have been better for it. I think they should have gone more into the hardships of being pregnant and how bound we are to our children, it seems a bit surface level.

Super wacky and full of character! Can't wait for more episodes!
