Total lack of vocal emotion in the characters, except Mufasa ( James Earl Jones and Rafiki (John Kani). Most lines seemed forced/dry/choppy. Loved the visuals, but the voice acting just kills it. It was refreshing to see some added scenes, but be prepared for some terrible one liners as well. Also, speaking of "Be Prepared", hope that wasn't your favorite song.
