Elvis was reading this book when he died it shows how forward-thinking he was and his zest for life and knowledge of meditation which he had done for years, this book is a great read and takes you beyond simple meditation and shows how with love you can reach a spiritual high impossible otherwise, it is a pity the title says sex when it is about lovemaking with a forever partner and meditating, and says casual sex actually is bad for you spiritually
