Definitely movie worth watching.I'll give it 6/5.It was not only entertaining,without having star studded faces but also informative.I didn't knew Shastri was against caste system,that's why denounced his "Shrivastava" surname for "Shastri".Shastri means one who knows about shastras.Also shows corruption and how seeds for it were down during Indira Gandhi era.No wonder several senior/retired bureaucrats still blindly support congress.It's all cause back then they were carefully chosen and posted by KGB and Indira Gandhi.You have to use your brains and interpret.Not typical bollywood masala movies.
