Convinced that the people who wrote good reviews for the movie "us" were paid to do so. I saw where he was going with the plot, it was interesting at some points, but very poorly articulated. It made no sense, left viewers with many unanswered questions and there were many parts that just made me uncomfortable. It was a very weird movie. Part of me wants to blame it on the acting but it's really just the whole feel the actors were trying to portray that was cringeworthy. The direction was all over the place. Terrible movie.
