The promo which was shown before the serial started seemed to show that the story would be based in the village and will show the struggles of the villagers.Turned out to be daily soap drama. Most of the episode you will see popular hindi songs getting played in the back ground. Direction doesn't look correct. Serial has lost the plot. The initial concept was good but now god knows what's going on.

It has started well. Hope it continues.Good actors.Hope the storyline doesn't drift away.

Watching zee bangla sa re ga ma pa 2020 since day 1. It is a good show.As per my opinion, arkodeep should win it. Niharika and Bidipta should be 2nd and 3rd respectively. Have to say all the contestants are good and very talented. Want to highlight some pros and cons of the show. Pros 1)The show is organized very well and the musicians are just amazing taking the show to another level. 2)The contestants are mentored well and have seen very good improvements in some contestants during the course of the show. 3)The presentation is very good and the contestants are very talented as well. 4)Some of the performances were just outstanding. Cons 1)In the battle to reach final 6, all the contestants except bidipta who sang fast paced hindi dance numbers were selected. Samadipta and Rahul sang quality bengali composition but couldn't make it. It seems the others contestants played safe and these 2 took some amount of risk so the judges should have acknowledged it. In Sa Re Ga Ma you shouldn't stay in your comfort zone and take challenges and this is sa re ga ma pa "Bangla". 2)Anushka is a very talented singer and sings very well. But some times her song choices are just not good. Judges should highlight this or her mentor should suggest her good songs. Also in some of her performances, there were issues in her "Sur" or quality but still she ended up getting a 10 or a golden guitar. Judges should be a little strict on this. This would make her a even a more better singer. 3)Jyoti even though she is a Non Bengali should had tried to sing more bengali songs as this is SRGMP "Bangla". She is a very good singer but mostly she sang Hindi numbers.Organizer should think about this. No complains about Jyoti. She is very good. 4)The points of the mentor doesn't make any sense to me. Sometimes they criticized a contestant or the judges did the same but they still end up giving 5/5 to the singer.Probably because the other mentors also gave 5/5 to their team members. This is wrong and illogical. The organizer should think about this format next season. May be they can hide the scores of the mentors. Samadipta started slow and was focusing more on bhajans. But with time she really improved and became very verstaile. She was trying diff kinds of challenging songs recently which i liked and has a great voice. I wanted to see her in finals as well as Rahul. Mandira also improved a lot. Bidipta has been the revelation of this season and her performances has been outstanding weeks after week. Arkodeep is my personal favorite and whenever he performs, we are glued to the TV set. We just feel happy whenever he sings. Many will say he is not versatile but then were folk singers need to be versatile in SRGMP bangla? Not sure. Niharika is the Master of classical and her perfection in singing is just outstanding. Another contender to win. Only perf which i didn't that much like of her was 'Udi' by sunidhi. But still she got golden guitar which was a wrong decision accordng to me. Raktim has also done very well. So my Final Top 5 is Arko followed by Niharika - Bidipta - Anushka- Raktim. Would be happy if bidipta or Niharika win as well if not Arko. These are my opinion and i may be wrong :). Zee bangla should give more focus to Bangla songs and can have singers from bangladesh next season. Telugu Sa re ga ma focusses well on telugu songs if m not wrong. Thanks for reading.
