Too sad. The real life version happened in Japan in the late 1920's to early 1930's so very different circumstances. I balled my eyes out watching this because I just felt so sorry for Hachi. Alone and abandoned, this movie version seemed to think it was best to let the dog to his own devices and sit waiting in the snow and rain for 10 years for someone everyone knew was never coming home. The dog deserved love and a new home, not just to be abandoned like that by his family. I get that it was a fiction based around the real story, but if it had been as it was portrayed in this day and age I think the owners would have been sued for animal cruelty. Didn't enjoy it and will never watch it again. The dogs were magnificent though.

Absolutely awful movie which offends and just keeps on offending. I gave it four stars because the main actors are all superb. It's just that the main characters are offensive and horrible. Best bit of the whole movie is right at the end.

I was curious to see how this show panned out, and started watching it last night. I can't remember when I laughed so much at anything, it is just so funny. Lee Seung-gi and Jasper Liu are just hilarious together, and the travelling and scenery, and the games they have to play to get their clues all add to the charm of the series. Discount, anyone...?! I thoroughly recommend it!!
