I don't class this series as a thriller as there are no thrills whatsoever. It is pedestrian and dreary. The dialogue is far from sparkling. Having just watched the latest, brilliant, episode of 'Endeavour,' this show really plumbs the depths by comparison. I can't think of a worse police drama on TV.
