I really love the movie Love, Simon and I've also read the books so I had pretty high expectations for this series, and it definitely met them. It's shorter than most series with each episode being only 25-30 minutes but that makes the entire plot well-bound without any excess - short and crisp if I could say so. As a part of the LGBTQ community, I love how everything surrounding it was so well portrayed and realistic, and not to mention the actors all did a great job. (Plus I love how it wasn't overly sexualized but instead like a journey of finding yourself... it's all I expected and something I could relate to.) The soundtrack was perfect and I really liked the direction. For me, this series would be something I'd recommend for one to watch as a slice of life, rom-com that deals will real-age teenage issues. With the cliffhanger in the last episode, I'm really looking forward to season 2.

This show is pretty amazing! It had me hooked from the first episode and I love that it was realistic and had a lot of subtle elements. Many might say the romance between the main couple was subdued, but by focusing on small things as opposed to PDA like other shows, this show definitely won my heart. Each storyline was complete and each surprise element was unexpected. Must watch for anyone who loves medical drama!

After reading the book which this movie is based on, I’ve really been anticipating the release of the movie and movie did not the disappoint. While I certainly did like certain scenes in the book which were not incorporated in the movie , I felt as though the storyline of the movie was really good - not too cliche or cheesy, a chic flick worth the watch. Lana also played Lara Jean really well, perfectly portraying “cute Ina quirky way”. Really great acting and good plot the movie is worth a watch . I’d give it a 3.8/5
