I've liked movies in this genre before as long as they can surprise me with the filmmaking, I'm there for it. But the mistakes made in the first film not only carry over but they are expanded upon.
Those mistakes are extended into this ridiculous runtime. I was asking to myself, why is this movie over two hours? It has no reason to over two hours. A tight 90 minutes runtime would have been perfect. It wouldn't have made the movie perfect, but atleast it would have moved a bit quicker.
