In a line of watching documentaries with not only uncanny but also the ones that hit you with mixed sort of feelings and emotions, this is the 4th one I have watched after - The Impostor(2012) Grizzly Man(2005) Searching for Sugarman (2012) And yes it is a worth a watch. It just hits you with all those bizarre and mixed kinda emotions, sometimes hard to process, but in a good way.

Like they say "the truth is stranger than fiction" if you haven't watched it yet, just watch it. Don't read about it or watch the trailer. Just watch the documentary right away. That's it. A must watch. Total 'edge of the seat' material. Better than most popcorn-thrillers I would say. It's a documentary so one can't even deny what is being shown and dust it off as just 'bizarre drama' or whatever. It is a bizarre and strange one though. Watch it!

Another well-made documentary, pretty brilliant. Got me thinking into some poignant and philosophical areas of life. Also reminded me of Christopher McCandless' Into the Wild.

If you are into story and plot-line driven movies there's really not much to it. It's a straight forward revenge-flick, yes. That's it. But if you also like visually appealing movies and can forgive or bear with the lack of storyline then you can go for it I suppose. The ImDB rating does justice for me. I too would give it a 6/10 cause the actors did there part.

The word is UNSATISFACTORY. Its a 5/10 kinda stuff. If one has better things to do or content to watch go for that. Can be ignored. The movie sure has its little twists and moments of course, but, in the end so unconvincing. This movie seemed like a typical Mohit Suri formulaic romantic thriller. Nothing special. Period!

this film is more of a drama. and a lame reluctant thriller not even off-beat, I would say.. I just watched it for the ladies(Dakota Johnson and Tilda Swinton) but Ralph Fiennes was good too.. and Matthias was also good at some parts.. okayish.. The story and script was the problem mind it! The actors did just fine with their roles. You have time and no other thing in your collection to watch then you may go for it.. else just give it a skip! A big "no no", "thumbs down" from me.

Got a lot of hate in the audience reviews, I see. Mostly due to Patrick Stewart's role that I can agree. Because his role is not much. But overall it was an on the edge thriller. A worth it watch. Could get me invested right on from the "Green Room" sequence itself. It's worth a watch. Patrick Stewart fans : sorry a bummer for u guys, not much for him in this one.

Just watched it for Zach Galifianakis. It's ok if you skip. Nothing so much for a must watch.

Watch it only if u have lots of unusable time and can forgive forced story arc formation which doesn't seem to flow naturally throughout a period. I can't really believe it actually got the BAFTA lol. I watched it just due to Phoebe Waller-Bridge's reputation from Fleabag(which I really loved), and unfortunately it wasn't worth it. Too "clumsily" feministic(just for the sake of it), oh and really can't stress enough the silly "forced closure" of certain parts. An easy skip. Strictly not recommended. A bit too overrated this one!
